Last Thursday, on the 16th we had torrential rains, probably more than we have seen since moving in a year ago. This is the view taken from my sewing room window of the area behind our house. Do you wonder why they might have called it a natural wetland?
Here's what a difference four days make. This is the red maple, taken Nov. 13th, three days before the rain picture above was taken.
